What services are offered on the mobile health clinics?

  • It’s your future.

Our clinics offer birth control (including IUDs and the Implant), condoms, pregnancy tests, and emergency contraception - absolutely FREE. We also offer fertility counseling and pre and postnatal care. Whatever your Plan A is, we’re here to help.

  • Sexual health is an essential part of healthcare.

We offer rapid screenings for HIV and syphilis with results in 15 minutes. Tests for additional STIs like Chlamydia and Gonorrhea have results back in under a week. Testing and treatment are absolutely free.

  • Plan A clinics offer free PrEP (medication that when taken regularly can prevent HIV) and PEP (post exposure prophylaxis, taken within 3 days of a known exposure).

We offer a full range of treatment and services to people living with HIV.

  • 60% of people who visit our clinic have high blood pressure - and only half of them knew it.

Regular screenings for high blood pressure and blood sugar are a part of a healthy life and future.

We offer counseling on your results and work with local clinics to ensure that every patient has ongoing care if needed.

  • Regular cervical cancer screenings help catch cancer before it starts.

A Pap smear or HPV test -recommended every 3-5 years starting at the age of 21 - is essential to keeping yourself healthy.

  • Breast cancer is extremely common among women and routine mammograms are the best way to catch cancer early when it’s highly treatable.

Recommended starting at the age of 40 for most people but sooner for people with family histories and other risk factors.

Plan A will set you up with a FREE referral and mammogram.

  • Our newest program, HFHF supports families in the Delta from pregnancy and beyond, offering healthcare, resources, supplies, and more to families with babies up to 18 months.
