About the Program

Plan A’s Healthy Families, Healthy Futures ensures that all of our families have access to the healthcare and resources they need to live healthy lives.

Services Include:

  • Free healthcare and support for visits

  • Free diapers and wipes monthly

  • Support groups

  • Education Classes

  • More resources for families from pregnancy through babies up to 18 months.

Register a Mom, Dad, or Baby

Healthy Futures programming is available to parents, caregivers and infants from pregnancy through infant, age 18 months in Humphreys, Bolivar, Washington, Leflore, Sunflower, and Holmes counties. Not all towns and cities are eligible for participation.
