Following a person-centered, reproductive justice driven approach, patients at the Plan A clinics are counseled on contraception options and offered a range of options including oral contraception (the pill), depo provera, and long acting reversible contraception (LARCs, including IUDs).

The Plan A clinics will make wifi available free of charge for patients to have telemedicine appointments with their existing providers (primary care or specialists). Additionally, our providers can provide on site testing to accompany the virtual visit.

Referrals
Any patients requiring medical care not available on the clinic will be referred to local brick and mortar clinics that can meet their needs. Any patient without a medical home - a location where they consistently go for care - will also receive a referral to a location that is able to address their ongoing health care needs. We will also help patients connect with additional resources like social services, legal services, health insurance, and food assistance.
During a disaster or pandemic, Plan A may expand the range of services or physical location of clinic to address urgent needs in times of crisis.
On a rotating basis, the Plan A clinic may offer specialty services such as ophthalmology.
Additional Services
The cost of all fees associated with care are detailed on our sliding fee scale (PDF). Insured patients may be billed with their content, but all out-of-pocket cost/fees will be waived due to the generous support of our donors.
