Healthy Futures Courses

All families in the Delta are welcome at our free Healthy Families, Healthy Futures classes! All sessions include time set aside for group conversation, serving as a support group for parents. Attendees are welcome to bring their babies and children to all classes. All classes will be livestreamed with a link available on the calendar.

Participants receive FREE diapers, wipes, and gift bags of essential supplies for parents and babies.

In some cases, attendance is limited. Be sure to register below for the events you’d like to attend.

  • Learn the essentials of newborn care—from diapering, feeding, and bathing to car seat safety and early medical milestones. Our educators will also cover soothing techniques, cord and circumcision care, and tips for caring for yourself during the early days of parenting.
